* If you have given birth vaginally twice or more;
* If you have problems with incontinence;
* If you are overweight or very inactive;
* If you are over 45 years old and never worked with your pelvic floor
MEDIUM EGG
* Recommended size to start with generally for all women;
* If you had one natural child birth;
* If you have had a C-section;
* If you never had children and are under 45 years old;
* If you are a virgin and never had sexual intercourse.
If you start with a L egg and in time you feel that your pelvic floor is getting more toned and you are able to hold it inside easily and move it at command, you can pass on to a M size.

SPAIN MAINLAND: If you are located in Spain Mainland, all parcels are sent with Correos Express or SEUR and arrive in 24 - 72h.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (EU): all orders are sent insured with UPS or DPD and usually take up to 3 days to arrive, except for zones like Estonia, Norway, Romania, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Greece, Cyprus, that can take up to 5-10 working days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (EXTRA EU):
All orders are sent via UPS and can take from 7 to 14 days to arrive depending on customs.
