ORDERS & SHIPPING

• DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

  Yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. If your country is not included when you get at checkout, email us at info@sacredwoman.com and we can give you confirmation on wether or not we are able to ship to you.

• WHERE ARE YOU SHIPPING FROM?

  All parcels are sent directly from residential home headquarters based in Spain, Barcelona.

  If you happen to live or pass by Barcelona and you wish to not pay for shipping and retrieve the package directly from headquarters, you can e-mail info@sacredwoman.com to organise a meet-up and retrieve the package.

• WHAT ARE YOUR PROCESSING TIMES?

  All parcels are processed and packed every Tuesday and Thursday of the week. Packages are shipped every Wednesday and Friday of the week. These conditions may vary during holidays and sales.

• WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

  Shipping times and carriers very depending on the delivery location.

   

  If in Spain, all parcels are sent with Correos Express or SEUR and arrive in between 48/72h if in Mainland or up to 7/10 days if in the Spanish Islands.

   

  All International orders intra EU / Extra EU are sent insured with UPS.

   

  International orders within the EU usually take up to 3 to 5 days to arrive, except for areas like Estonia, Norway, Romania, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Greece, Cyprus, that can take up 5 to 10 working days.

   

  International orders can take around 10 to 14 days (excluding customs processing).

   

  International orders extra EU shipped via certified postal service (Correos / USPS) will take 14 to 21 days to arrive.

• WILL I BE CHARGED DUTY & IMPORT TAXES?

  Please note that Import duty and taxes may be payable on your order depending on the trade agreements your country has or has not with the EU.

   

  Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order and we are unable to quote this amount as every country is different. You can e-mail us at info@sacredwoman.com to have an estimate based on past orders.

   

  Please know that Sacred Woman™ is not responsible for any import charges, duties, or taxes for international sales. In some cases, packages can be delayed due to matters outside of our control.

• WILL PACKAGING BE DISCREET?

  All packages are very discreet as we value your privacy, so we do not use any external branded packaging and all the parcels come from founders name "Jasmine Alicia Carter" and we declare all of our crystal products as "Mineral Stone Ornament", "Ceramic Ornament", "Tea Herbs", "dried herbs" or "Menstrual Cups".

• IS YOUR PACKAGING ECO FRIENDLY?

  All items from our shop are packed in a loving environment that takes sustainability into account.

   

  If you still haven't noticed, we care deeply about the environment and strive to be as zero waste as possible. We are always finding new ways to reduce our environmental impact and practice minimalism.

   

  Our labels are made with 100% recycled content and can be recycled again

  Bags used to package items are all 100% plant-based and compostable - No single use plastics, ever. 

  To protect safely the products we use PaperEZ Wrap paper (honeycomb wrap paper) as well as organic white paper to ensure the products to not break during transportation (however, occasionally we will re-use bubble wrap to protect very delicate and breakable items.

  Tape used to secure boxes and items is a compostable plant-based cellophane or Kraft paper.

  The items are placed in a brown plain recyclable box then sent inside a compostable bag from CompostPack Ltd.

• DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

  We do not accept returns.

  If the product is faulty or damaged, you must email us immediately at info@sacredwoman.com within 10 days of receiving the product and send a photograph identifying the imperfection.

  Depending on the circumstance, we may require the buyer to send back the faulty product to the warehouse.

  If this is the case, please email us to confirm the postal address for return shipment.

  We also ask that you to keep the tracking number on the receipt as we will not be able to ship a new product back to you until the faulty product has arrived.

  In other circumstances, we will send you a new product without requirement of sending the damaged goods back to Sacred Woman headquarters!

• HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via phone or live chat for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

• DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

  No, we do not. If your order somehow passes our system with a PO Box address, this will cause delays.

• WHAT DOES PRE-ORDER MEAN?

  If your order is on 'pre-order' it means that your order contains one or more item(s) we do not have in stock yet and are waiting for new stock to arrive at our warehouse. 

   

  Please refer to your order invoice for the estimated dispatch dates. The estimated dates of dispatch are based on our suppliers shipping status and therefore are subject to change. 

   

  In order for us to avoid charging our customers multiple shipping fees, we will wait until we have the complete order (in stock and pre-order items) before sending it.

   

  You will not receive your orders in two separate parcels. So if you want to receive your order quickly, do not order items on ‘pre-order’.

  If you cannot wait to receive part of your order, you can reach out to our team at info@sacredwoman.com to make arrangements for a second shipping fee to be paid and we will send out the in stock items in your order separately!

• HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  Regarding tracking, please note that it is your full responsibility to monitor the tracking delivery of your parcel.

  If for any reason you are unable to do this and the item is returned to our shop you will be charged to re-ship the parcel.

  We recommend monitoring the tracking link which we send once your product ships and to contact the shipping provider if you notice a delay.

  Please check your inbox or junk mail for an automated email from us with your tracking number.

  If your parcel is being sent internationally via Spanish Post International, your tracking number can be used on your respective country's postal service website.

• MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN STOLEN, WHAT NOW?

  We require a signature upon delivery for all of our parcels for your privacy and to reduce the risk of parcels being stolen from being left on doorsteps. On the very rare occasion, parcels may be lost or stolen.

   

  If you have tracked your parcel and the latest update says it has been 'delivered' but it is missing from your doorstep or letterbox, please contact your local post office facility as it may still be at your PO box, in transit, or being re-delivered.

   

  If you believe that your parcel has been stolen, please lodge an investigation with UPS and email us at info@sacredwoman.com to rectify the situation.

• MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER (RTS), WHAT NOW?

  If the parcel cannot be delivered due to the customers error, or if a customer refuses to pay the required customs/import fees applicable to their country, fails to arrange delivery with the courier company, or fails to pick up the parcel from the collection point, the parcel becomes a return to sender (RTS). Sacred Woman will contact you when we receive your parcel back at our warehouse with further instructions.

  The customer will be charged for re-shipment and it is the customers responsibility to make payment and provide the true and correct address, as well as collecting their parcel from the collection point, if applicable.

  If the customer has changed their mind on their purchase and does not want their order to be re-shipped, a store credit will be issued minus the shipping fees.

• ABOUT DISCOUNT CODES

  All discount codes need to be added at the checkout. No refunds or store credits will be issued if you have forgotten to use a discount code.

  If you wish to add a discount code to your checkout, please do not use the express checkout options as it does skip the discount section.

• DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

  We do not offer refunds but we can issue a store credit. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if a credit note was approved or not. If approved, you will be issued a credit note to the value of the item you have purchased. Please be aware that the credit note does not expire, so you can use this at any point.

• DO YOU SHIP TO STRICT COUNTRIES?

  Unfortunately, some countries are more sensitive with sexual products and can be strict with importing such items. For this reason, we will not include any branding or information brochures in your order. Although sometimes our parcels get through without any issues, we do take this precaution to assist in a smoother transaction through customs and avoid your items being destroyed.

  Please be aware though, that as the nature of our business is illegal in your country, you will be purchasing at your own risk and our business is not responsible if your parcel does get destroyed by Customs and you will not be refunded for such.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

• ARE CRYSTALS BODY SAFE?

  At Sacred Woman we provide only crystals that are safe for bodies.

   

  Rose Quartz, Clear Quartz and Amethyst can sometimes have a bad reputation because they are more delicate stones than denser stones like Obsidian, Jasper, Jade though they are 100% safe if used and treated properly.

   

  Regarding the porosity, the reason there is so much conflicting information on this subject is because the porosity of stones is difficult to actually corroborate.

   

  The GIA researchers inform that Nefrite Jade, Rose Quartz, Clear Quartz, and Amethyst are non-porous and other crystals may be porous or have “closed porosity”, meaning that pores lay on the surface of the stone but would be very difficult for bacteria to seep through to the center and can be washed away easily with mild soap and warm water.

   

  Furthermore, you do not have to wear a condom over the crystal as the internet would suggest, as you would screen yourself from the healing properties of the stone itself and miss the point of working with these sacred tools in the first place.

• WHY CRYSTALS?

  Since ancient times, crystals have been venerated and used in all kinds of spiritual rituals. Not only carry timeless history as they come straight from Mother Earth, they also carry perfect molecular structures that have positive effects on our electro-magnetic fields.

  Many industrial sex toys in the pleasure industry are made out of unhealthy and toxic materials that leach into the most sensitive and sacred parts of our body that then lead to unpleasant genital unbalances.

   

  Industrial sex toys also put major emphasis on intense stimulation of the genitals that in time lead to numbness rather than connect with them in a holistic and empowering way (not to mention that they are very difficult to dispose of as they are made of plastic, rubber, batteries).

• WHY IS MY STONE COLOUR DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE PICTURED?

  Please note that crystals come from the Earth and they likely will have inclusions, slight superficial micro-cracks, textures and variations in color ─ all of which are absolutely normal and incredibly poetic. Each stone is absolutely unique and no two will look the alike.

  This is exactly what makes crystals such incredible gifts from the Earth.

   

  Just think of how long does it take for crystals to form. Depending on the size and type of stone, the process can take as little as a few months to maybe a thousand years. Most of these crystals were formed over a million years ago inside the Earth’s crust.

  This is all proof of quality and shows that the stones were also obtained from “real” material and not, as is common in the industry, pressed together and coloured from leftovers or stone dust... Patterns, inclusions and different coloured stones are therefore normal and what makes each piece authentic, unique and beautiful.

   

  Given this information, Sacred Woman does not take responsibility if you are not satisfied with the look, feel, and/or color of the crystal you have purchased. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.
