All parcels are sent from headquarters based in Spain, Barcelona.
If you happen to live or stay in Barcelona and you wish to not pay for shipping and retrieve the package directly from headquarters, you can e-mail info@sacredwoman.com to retrieve the package (and get a warm hug!).
We ship discretely! Nothing on the outside of the parcel has our branding or indicates that sexual or pleasure-related contents are inside.
BUYERS RESPONSABILITY: once the order is shipped it is solely the clients responsibility to track the parcel at ALL TIMES until they are delivered. If the package returns to us, you will be notified with an estimate of costs for the extra shipping charges to resend the package.

All parcels are packed and shipped every Tuesday/Wednesday and Thursday/Friday of the week. Conditions may vary during holidays and sales.

Shipping times and carriers vary depending on the location and the order:
SPAIN MAINLAND: If you are located in Spain Mainland, all parcels are sent with Correos Express or SEUR and arrive in 24 - 72h.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (EU): all orders are sent insured with UPS or DPD and usually take up to 3 days to arrive, except for zones like Estonia, Norway, Romania, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Greece, Cyprus, that can take up to 5-10 working days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (EXTRA EU):
All orders are sent via UPS and can take from 7 to 14 days to arrive depending on customs.
If you select Standard Shipping options, shipping times vary between 10 working days up to 21 days (unless you upgrade to express shipping with UPS at checkout).
